Charleston always gets everything so much later than the rest of the country, and that includes nail polish. We have to wait a few months longer than everyone else. It's very frustrating to see a great new drugstore polish color on a blog and know (and have it confirmed when I go there) that my local stores don't have it in stock yet. Booo.

Anyway, this is SaGreena the Teenage Witch, from the recent Wet N Wild Fast Dry collection. I finally found this last week. It's a shimmery emerald green that goes on with no trouble. It does dry quickly, although I did use thin coats. Speaking of, this is two coats, but I could have done three. I was just too lazy to do so. Honestly, there's not much else to say. It's just a pretty emerald green shimmer. Well worth the $1.99 price tag.
