OPI-Blue Shatter and Turquoise Shatter

Yes, you've seen this forever and a day already. But I wanted something somewhat different to wear this week.

My Ulta got these about a week after they were supposed to available nationwide. And I bought them. But then I got bored with all the shatters and crackles and just put it in my untrieds box. But I broke them out this weekand I really like them. Both are on Wet N Wild French Creme. My thoughts on that-a meh white polish. okay until I get a better one. Speaking of, can anyone recommend a good white polish?

Blue Shatter is just that, a blue shatter polish. Now I thought it had just the tiniest bit of sparkle in it that you can't see unless under a light. It gives it just a little bit extra. This went on well and crackled fast, but not so fast that I didn't have any time to go back over some areas. I really like this.

Turquoise Shatter is, again, just that. I love this color. I wonder if there's a creme/shimmer polish like it. Now this does have that microglitter that makes it so pretty. This crackled well. I noticed with this one the thicker I applied it the better it shattered.
outdoors. sorry for the crap picture.
I don't really know what else to say about them. I'm glad I have both. I liked the way the blue broke better cause I didn't have to have a thick coat for it to break well. But that's nit picky. Nice shatters. Good to have in the collection.

  3. I really like the turquoise one...I need that color in a full polish! My fav white polish is Essie Marshmallow...its not a super stark white.

  4. Essie Marshmellow...I'm going to look for it. Anything has to be better than this one.

Yeah, the turquoise on is just so pretty. I really wish it was a color on its own too.

    Thanks for commenting!

  5. These both look great! I love white and blue crackle combos.

And I don't know if it really counts as a white, but I like Color Club Pretty in Platinum. It goes on pretty well. :D

  6. Thank you for visiting my blog. I am now a follower of yours! I really like OPI's Alpine Snow for a white polish. I find its a true crisp white and the formula is very smooth!
